    Actually, a simple way to regulate the amount of sugar in your blood is to eat one or two teaspoons of Cinnamon a day.

    The procyanidins (type A) in cinnamon are insulin mimetics, i.e., they mimic the physiological effects of insulin, a protein hormone produced by the pancreas. Insulin’s principal role in our bodies is to remove excess glucose from our blood, which it accomplishes in two ways. First, it facilitates the transport of glucose molecules into our cells, which need glucose as fuel. Then, if there’s still too much glucose in the blood after the cells have absorbed all they need for the moment, insulin facilitates the conversion of the remainder to glycogen, a polymeric form of glucose that’s stored primarily in the muscles and liver, where it can be converted back to glucose on demand.

    Ohh yes… u r correct all these things are responsible…
    Control on a diet (sugar,rice,potato,etc) and a good brisk walk (45 mins to 1 hour) ….. is the easiest way to control diabetes…
    Stress has become a part of our life…its not in our hand to take out of our life… but we can fight with it and have few hours for ourself and our family.Yoga is said to be a good treatment for stress.

    I was a diabetic patient since February 2006 and disease was not under control for six months. I took special treatment and could control it. One friend suuggested me to use cow urine(Gow Mutra for two months) which I did and now for the last six months I am without medicines of course with regular morning walk of one hour and in routine check my pp sugar ranges from 120 to 130

    To the best of my knowledge Diabetes is a secoundary dises of stress,food is also eqaully responsible but this is some thing like as a meantal stress is cntral governmnt of the body where as other parts of body is like astate governmentif central is not stayble what would be happen with stat,likethat when a person keeps stress away ,i know it’s difficult but after some struggle one can achieve it thenit’s autamatically everything will be under control.

    Regular brisk walking for about 5 to 6 Kilometers, at least 5 days a week, change in eating habits like avoiding excess carbohydrates, sugar, alcohal etc. and obeying to yours Doctor;s advice, can keep one’s sugar level in check.

    I am also juvenile diabetic. Diet Control is the first treatment. Second -morning walk and exercises. Give time for our self.
    To days life we can see, everybody running for money and money
    can not save your life. I am 42 year, and I have no other problem.
    So at least in the morning hour, go for walk and you feel good, healthy and fit.
